1. Information we collect from you

This includes, but is not limited to, hotels and travel service suppliers (e.g. ground agents, online booking/management providers) as necessary to book your travel and provide travel-related services to you; and

4. Where we store your personal data

All information that you provide to us is stored on our, or our selected business partners’, secure servers and we will take reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with this policy, including (without limitation):

  1. Installing a secure firewall;
  2. Using anti-virus protection software;
  3. Encrypting data; and
  4. Carrying out regular back-ups.

Some of our external third parties are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
